- After 7 Days a £100.00 deposit is required to confirm the booking

- Packages are based on a minimum of 20 guests
- Final Balances are due 21 days prior to the event monies are non refundable or transferable
- In the event of a cancellation within 3 months of the function by you, the Ye Olde Plough House will be permitted to recover its estimated losses. These will be based on the information provided at the time of booking. At 3 months notice but not less than 1 month — 50% of the total estimated bill. At one months notice or less the full payment is required
- Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drink with the exception of one celebration cake.
- Any additional hours required £50.00 per hour
- We do not allow banners, bunting or posters attached to the walls
- We do not allow any outside suppliers for Light up letters/numbers, Doughnut Walls, Sweetcart, Flowerwalls etc as we provide this service in house - you are welcome to supply your own table decorations, balloons etc and anything else we do not offer in house
