- All events are all payable in full on booking and monies are non-refundable & non-transferable
- Groups over 15 will be required to pre-order their meals seven days in advance
- If your party numbers reduce once monies have been paid, then monies for those guests will be non-refundable
- If you wish to cancel your booking, the venue must be notified in writing, and the payment will be retained by the venue. Some guests may have special dietary requirements and we will do our utmost to accommodate them (the venue must be notified 3 weeks prior to the event) the menu’s published in the brochure and on the website are set and menu options can not be substituted.
- The venue reserves the right to change menus, if necessary without prior notice.
- All details are correct at the time of going to print but may be subject to change without prior notice. Ye Olde Plough House accept no responsibility whatsoever for guests property whilst on the premises, inside or outside of the building.
- All bars will close at 11.45pm, all drinks must be consumed within 45 minutes after the bar closing time.
- Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement on all events. No ripped jeans or trainers.
- The management of the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue. In addition the venue reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. Ye Olde Plough House operates a zero tolerance policy to unsociable behaviour to other guests and employees.
- In the event of Covid 19 should the venue be unable to hold the event due to Government restrictions all monies will be refunded minus a £2.50 per person booking fee or the full amount can be return onto a credit voucher valid for up to 1 year.
